This homely pudgy little putz is Kevin and his wife Lana. He’s a huge drug dealer in Van City and has already been arrested once and is working as a Rat with the police to get off. He’s as dumb as a bag of hammers and his shallow plastic wife will be lost when the drug money dries up. They dropped like 150k on a wedding in 2016, but they never actually registered it as Lana is waiting for this little mug to get busted so she can live the high life until the money runs out. Then she can get a new drug dealer to look after her and her bastard kid. His wedding was a who’s who of Van City drug dealers.
